Full or Half Carcass
We offer either a full or half carcass which includes a selection of steaks including Top Sirloin, New York, Rib-Eye, Filet Mignon, Flank, Skirt (Inside/Outside), and Round. Roasts including Arm, Chuck, Rump, Sirloin Tip, Brisket, and Tri-Tip. Ribs including Short, Hawaiian, BBQ, and Regular. Ground Beef, Stew Meat, and Hamburger Patties.
Full Carcass is approximately 400 lbs. of beef $3,000.00

Beef Boxes
Our Beef Box is approximately 20-25 lbs. of 100% grass-fed beef.
